FAMAL – FIRE ECO
FAMAL-FIRE ECO is an environmentally friendly solution of water-based organic fillers. The applicability of the flame retardant FAMAL-FIRE L1 ECO (liquid) or FAMAL-FIRE P1 (powder) during the manufacturing process of the different finished articles, makes them fire protection and thermal barrier agents.
Cotton
Cotton requires manufacturing processes that demand precise temperature control. FAMAL-FIRE ECO provides effective thermal protection that optimizes energy efficiency during spinning, carding and weaving, minimizing the impact of heat and improving final fiber quality.
Polyester
In polyester production, high temperatures are a constant challenge. With FAMAL-FIRE ECO, companies can better control thermal fluctuations, reducing machine wear and optimizing fiber uniformity during the extrusion and stretching process.

The product can be applied pure or mixed with adhesives, thickeners or emulsions.
Packaging
FAMAL-FIRE L1 ECO -> Liquid solution
Bulk in 1,000 liter containers, or 120 kg drums.
FAMAL-FIRE P1 ECO -> Powder version
Packed in buckets or big-bags.
Storage
- Store in hermetically sealed containers.
- Store in a cool, dry place.
- For the powder version, avoid damp rooms.
- Withstands negative temperatures.
- Non-corrosive.
- No special handling and storage measures required.
Drying
El secado puede ser ambiente o mediante un horno. Se recomienda de no pasar en el secado del producto de los 130-140º.
